Remote Connection Client – Forward IT Services uses the Atera platform for remote connections to our clients. This allows us to connect to your computer and provide many functions without being physical at the computer. Only Forward IT staff have access to the remote connection capabilities, and we will not connect to any of your systems without your prior knowledge. There is a one-time installation of our agent application that will run in the background of your computer. It will require an administrator account to install so be sure to have that account available prior to installing.
